With close to 2 decades of experience in manufacturing engineering, product development, and entrepreneurship, Arun Francis D’Souza leads Ignos Consulting with a strong blend of technical depth, innovation, and practical industry insight.
He began his career with hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, later specializing in automation, robotics, special processes, and product innovation. Over the years, Arun has worked extensively on Lean implementation, line balancing, operational excellence, and developed new manufacturing, testing, and assembly lines.
His leadership spans R&D, quality control and supplier development, where he has delivered cost-effective, technology-driven solutions across diverse products. Arun has been instrumental in implementing robotics, process digitization, and Lean systems, enabling organizations to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
